Okay, I'm almost caught up with 2010! I am anxious to get done with all my posting!
This is what I made for Melissa and Ryan for our gift exchange.
We went to the mall so Addysin could ask Santa for a "My Little Pony" because she saw me buying one for her at Kohls so I lied and told her I couldn't buy it, but that she should ask Santa.
Caiden was scared.
Addysin was INFATUATED. I think this was her first crush. He was a super sweet Santa.
I told Caiden, "remember Santa on Mickey's Christmas?" and then he warmed up to him.
Caiden just being a goof. He pulled up his shirt on his own and it was pretty funny.
This is a coin from the times of Christ! Chris got it on his mission and gave it to his parents with a special note and story of "the widows mite".
Christmas Eve and Christmas were spent with my family, since Chris' parents live in St. George now. We spent the night. These are the Pajamas my parents got us on Christmas Eve. Two of My sisters weren't here, Melanie and Kara. John also wasn't here.
Newly Engaged
YES, I know... Soooo cheesy. This is the kinda of stuff you do with family.
Getting Santa's plate ready
This is all she wanted from Santa. Easy.
My Grandma Bleazard came to visit Christmas day.
Chris Made me my gift and wrote a very sweet letter. It made me cry, and I wasn't even pregnant.
Addysin and Caiden's biggest, best gifts were Woody and Buzz Lightyear from my parents. They were both obsessed with Toy Story. Actually 4 months later, Caiden still is just as much.
Our traditional wrapping paper pictures!
We went ice skating and I decided to let Addysin try. Caiden was jelous so I carried him around for a bit, then my mom took him shopping.Addysin had a hard time, but loved it. She just needed tons of help. After not too long, we just put her shoes back on and she walked around on the ice.
I haven't been snowboarding since before I had Addysin, so 5 years!!! And I have a really nice snowboard! I didn't have a baby, wasn't pregnant, and had my mom to watch my kids. It was perfect. So we drove 2 hours up to Bluewood for halfprice Wednesday (during Christmas break) and the little resort was so full that there was absolutely nowhere to park and we had no option but to turn around! We made a trip out of it though. Stopped at the famous (in our family) gas station and got their homebaked goodies in Dayton, then Drove around historic Waitsburg to look at all the cool houses. It was beautiful in the snow. My dad kept saying, "lets go take a tour of the court house!" None of us thought that sounded fun. Then we saw a park and Emily wanted to get out and play. It was so much fun! Especially since my dad joined us.
I was laughing soooo hard! Moms need days like this to feel like a kid again. It was a dissapointment about the snowboarding, especially since we had to drive 4 hours, but we made a fun day out of it.
